No, you do not need a prescription. The doctors on our platform will write a prescription if they deem it safe and appropriate after your online video consultation.
We take your privacy very seriously and have designed the euda man platform to comply with all relevant privacy laws and have implemented strict security protocols to protect your information.

We will never share any of your photos for promotional purposes.

Our policies and procedures are designed to protect both your confidentiality and the security of your information, including your non-public personal information. Your personal information is protected by firewalls and have restricted access in compliance with applicable regulations. All data passed between euda man platform, your client and third parties are 2048-bit SSL encrypted. Please read our Privacy Policy for more details.
All our practising medical doctors on the euda man platform hold full registrations with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC), and all our doctors have undergone extensive background checks and license verification process.
euda man is a direct-to-consumer healthcare company that handles everything from diagnosis to the convenient delivery of medication.

How it Works

You simply need 2 things to get started.

  • Any form of government issued ID or Passport.
  • A major credit card to make your payment. (many of our products are subscriptions)
*As an example on how to place an order, we would use erectile dysfunction (ED).

  • Select your Condition: Once you click on the condition you suspect you have (eg. hair loss, ED, PE), scroll down the page to find the various treatment options/products.
  • Select your product: Let’s say you would like to get Sildenafil, which is a prescription product. Click ‘Get Started’ and it will be added to your cart. Once added to your cart, you'll see the totals and relevant disclaimers. Click ‘Next’.
  • Create an account: Click ‘Register’ if you don’t have an existing account. It's important to use an email that you check frequently, as this is where we'll send notifications from your doctor and tracking for your orders.
  • Shipping info: Fill in your shipping details. This should be the same as your current residence. For ship-to name, it is critical to have this match what is on your ID or else delays may occur due to mismatching information.
  • Payment info: Fill in your credit card details. We accept all major credit cards.
  • Doctor Visit: Select the doctor that is available. At this point, you'll be prompted to answer questions about your medical history and symptons, as part of the medical assessment. This helps the doctor determine whether a prescription product makes sense for you.
  • Upload ID/Passport: A photo ID is needed to verify your identity.
  • Online Video Consultation: The doctor will proceed to have an online video consultation with you if s/he determines you’re a good candidate for telemedicine.
  • Purchase Your Prescription: If the doctor determines that this prescription product makes sense for you, s/he will issue a prescription. You may then review your shipping address and select your delivery option (same day delivery or within 3 days), before you confirm your order. (Note that for this product, Sildenafil, it is an automatic subscription)
  • Delivery: You can get your meds shipped by mail, in a discreet package, right to your door based on the delivery option selected. (there is Free 3-day delivery)
No, we make the process of getting the necessary prescription for prescription products such as Sildenafil as convenient as possible. Our network of doctors will assess your specific needs and provide the appropriate prescription after you complete the online video consultation with the doctor on euda man.

For over-the-counter products, a prescription is not necessary and these products can be ordered a-la-carte from the website without an online doctor consultation.

All customers will need a prescription for any prescription products available on euda man.
We accept all major credit cards.
In order to receive treatment from euda man, you need to have seen a doctor within the last 3 years. If you haven’t been to the doctor in the past three years, you’re not a good fit for euda man’s service.
Your doctor will need to confirm your identity before treating you via telemedicine.

You need to verify your name and identification or passport number with the doctor at the start of the consultation. No prescription can be issued to anyone who is not using a real identity or assuming a false identity.

In order to confirm your identity, we need a photo of your government-issued ID (front and back of the ID) or Passport. Note that your Passport cannot be expired.

ID is not required when purchasing over-the-counter products.

Yes. euda man has built telemedicine technologies to enable doctors to practice medicine and take care of patients remotely. Every doctor you interact with is licensed to prescribe medicine and treat patients, and have undergone extensive background checks and license verification process.

Yes. Telemedicine is safe and effective—as long as patients answer questions truthfully, accurately, and completely. It’s also important that you only upload pictures of yourself and your ID/Passport (not someone else), and that you take those pictures during the online visit. Doctors are only effective when they have accurate, current information about your case—both in telemedicine and in-person visits.

Doctors on the euda man platform depend solely on the information you provide during your visit and via secure video. In addition, if prescribed medicine, it’s necessary to read the personalized treatment plan your doctor created before taking any medication. Only by reading this information in its entirety and fully understanding the content can you adequately weigh the risks and benefits of the treatment.
euda man is a complement to—not a replacement of—your primary care doctor nor family doctor. So it’s important to keep your primary care doctor(s)/family doctor(s) involved in your care, up to date with your care on the euda man network.
Absolutely. Every order that requires a prescription is reviewed by a doctor to ensure you get the best and most appropriate treatment. With a fee of $10, you can talk to a doctor. If you have any questions about this process, drop us a message at care@eudaman.com.
After you’ve finished your initial online consultation with your doctor, and your doctor has prescribed medication to you, you can speak with a doctor via secure video conferencing on our platform any time you like.

Please log in and head to your account > Subscription > Consult my Doctor Again and follow the instructions waiting for you there.
In an emergency, please call 995 immediately.

Cost, Pricing & Services

Your online visit costs $10. This doesn’t include the cost of your medication (if prescribed). If a doctor determines you’re not a good candidate for telemedicine, you’ll get a full refund for your online visit.
Services on the euda man platform are not covered by insurance, but the $10 online visit is less than most consultations and co-pays.
Our shipments come either Monthly or Quarterly (every 3 months) depending on what you choose during your Online Visit. We send email reminders 24 hours prior to processing a refill to allow for any adjustments.

To make updates to your plan or cancel any orders, please log into your euda man account, see the ‘Subscription’ section of your euda man portal.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale, and all sales are final. However, if you feel we have made an error in the filling of your prescription, please contact us at care@eudaman.com.
If prescribed, the cost of treatment depends on the type of medication and the amount of medication you receive.
You’re only charged for the medication after a doctor determines you’re a suitable candidate for telemedicine and have engaged in an online video consultation with you. If you’re unsuitable for telemedicine, you’ll be refunded for your online visit ($10). Once your account is created, you can log into your euda man account anytime to review plans details and shipping frequency.
Signatures are not required upon delivery for the convenience of our members.
Orders are delivered depending on what you choose during your Online Visit. You can get your orders delivered within 3 Business days for FREE or within the Same day for S$8. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email link to track your shipment. All orders are shipped within the same day to ensure medication is received as soon as possible. Orders placed after 4 PM will ship next day.

Manage my Account

You can update your address at any time prior to shipment by logging into your account from a computer and then click 'log in’. From there you'll find your address under ‘Shipping Address’ where you'll click 'update'. Once updated, don't forget to press 'save changes'.
You can request a password reset by clicking on "login" followed by "forgot password".
From there, enter the email that you use to login to your account and click "request password reset".
You will receive a link in your email!
If you submit more than one request, only the most recent link will be active, so be sure to use the most recent email you receive.

You can update your payment information any time by logging into your account, and heading to your Card Details section and press ‘update’. If you are having any issues updating your payment for an existing subscription, drop us an email at support@eudaman.com.
